The price is very good and reasonable - even though I 'm normal Thai still I can afford; nothing to worry about tourists like you guys. As far as I remember, it's open from 10.00 am till 10 pm. Easy to visit by taking regular baht bus, 10 baht, and hop off right in front of the spot on Jomtien Soi 13. You should see the big Blue Whale sign in the front.
