The Importance of Choosing the right Mediation & Interpretation Service Agent.
I would like to share an insightful experience with all of you, particularly beneficial for expatriates dealing with local businesses or individuals. Often, problems arise from miscommunication, leading to misunderstandings that can escalate with time. In many instances, seemingly minor issues can snowball into significant problems, exacerbated by a translator who may not have fulfilled their role diligently or accurately.
The crux of the matter lies in choosing a competent professional when dealing with serious and official matters. It is essential not to select someone solely based on their ability to speak English or merely because they are a friend with English proficiency. The repercussions of such decisions can be substantial, resulting in the loss of time, energy, and, inevitably, financial resources.
The purpose of sharing this insight is not merely to advocate for our services, but to emphasize the critical importance of avoiding misinterpretation, which can disrupt your peace of mind. Therefore, whenever faced with the need to engage in significant negotiations or dealings, it is imperative to select a qualified interpreter, ensuring a smooth and accurate communication process.
Many times of my job, I had to deal with many situation which has been messed up a lot till they couldn't handle it because of the complication and so much complexity due to the ignorance of giving a great shot of choosing the right interpreter in the beginning of the problem. So, in the end of this writing, I want to emphasize one more time that 'Choose the competent translator when you have had to deal with serious issue.'

To notify energy business operations exempted from construction permit requirements at the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) or on the department's website at https://www.cleanenergyforlife.net/.
Required documents:
- Notification evidence from the local government unit.
- Photos of the installed solar panel equipment showing complete panels and inverters.
- Single Line Diagram of electrical system with signatures of certified electrical engineers.

- Power of Attorney documents (if applicable).

- Contact the electricity authority for inspection and connection testing.
Once a letter of exemption for energy business operations is received from the DEDE, it is necessary to coordinate with the Bangkok Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) or regional electricity authorities in the installation area for further coordination.
3. Notification to MEA or PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority):
Register to participate in the electricity selling project or request electricity transmission through the MEA website at https://myenergy.mea.or.th/, and with PEA at https://ppim.pea.co.th:4433/app/project/eco (for PEA, if not participating in the electricity selling project, prepare documents to submit to the local electricity authority).

After notifying exemptions from permit applications to relevant authorities through MEA and PEA, proceed to pay service fees, electricity meter size charges, and enter into electricity purchase agreements with the electricity authority (in case of participating in the community solar project). Then, the electricity authority will inspect internal wiring and the production system. Upon meeting all requirements, the electricity authority will change the electricity meter to a specific solar meter and connect the system to the grid. After this, the solar panel system for on-grid use can commence.
Summary:
The installation of solar panel electricity systems requires permission from the Bangkok Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), regional electricity authorities, and the Energy Regulatory Commission to comply with the law.
